【摘要】：急性心肌梗死是危害人類生命的重大疾病之一。心肌梗死動物模型對研究人類心肌梗死的病理生理變化、診斷和治療有著重要意義。目前心肌梗死動物模型的制備主要存在動物存活率低、繁瑣復(fù)雜等問題。近年來,針對心肌梗死動物模型制備方法研究取得一些進展,在模型動物存活率、模型動物合格率、制備模型速度等方面具有一定的提高。該文就急性心肌梗死模型的制備方法及相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進行分析,結(jié)合實際因素以期簡化模型制備過程,提高科研人員的造模水平,從而為醫(yī)學(xué)研究提供穩(wěn)定可靠的急性心肌梗死模型來源。
[Abstract]:Acute myocardial infarction is one of the major diseases that endanger human life. The pathophysiological changes of myocardial infarction animal model for the study of human myocardial infarction, has important significance in diagnosis and treatment of myocardial infarction. At present, the preparation of animal model mainly has low survival rate of animal, complex problem. In recent years, according to the model of myocardial infarction animal preparation the research methods have made some progress, the survival rate in animal model, animal model of qualified rate, has a certain improving preparation model speed and so on. This paper on the status of preparation method of acute myocardial infarction model and related research and analysis, combined with the actual factors in the preparation process of the simplified model system, improve the scientific research personnel level model thus, providing a source of acute myocardial infarction in a stable and reliable model for the study of medicine.
