【摘要】：目的:觀察府舍穴麻醉下靜脈牽張結(jié)扎治療下肢靜脈曲張的臨床療效。方法:將120例下肢靜脈曲張患者隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,各60例,試驗(yàn)組患者采用府舍穴麻醉下靜脈牽張結(jié)扎治療,對(duì)照組患者采用傳統(tǒng)結(jié)扎剝脫聯(lián)合激光閉合術(shù)治療,比較兩組患者的臨床效果。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過治療,兩組治愈率及疼痛評(píng)分無顯著差異,試驗(yàn)組的手術(shù)時(shí)間、出血量、部分術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)、部分術(shù)后并發(fā)癥及住院天數(shù)明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:府舍穴麻醉下靜脈牽張結(jié)扎治療下肢靜脈曲張臨床療效顯著,可明顯提高患者舒適度,縮短手術(shù)住院時(shí)間,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of varicose vein ligation under Fushe point anesthesia. Methods: 120 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with venous distraction ligation under Fushe point anesthesia, while the patients in the control group were treated with traditional ligation and stripping combined with laser closure. Results: after treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. There was no significant difference in cure rate and pain score between the two groups. Some postoperative complications and hospitalization days were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion: the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity under Fushe point anesthesia is effective, which can obviously improve the comfort of patients and shorten the hospitalization time. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
