【摘要】：目的探討在神經(jīng)外科手術(shù)中橈動脈與足背動脈的脈壓變異度的一致性。方法選擇神經(jīng)外科擇期開顱手術(shù)患者25例,全麻氣管插管后,記錄麻醉誘導(dǎo)后20min、去骨瓣即刻、剪開硬膜即刻、上骨瓣時的橈動脈脈壓變異度(PPV1)與足背動脈脈壓變異度(PPV2)。VT設(shè)置為8ml/kg,采用Bland-Altman法分析PPV1與PPV2的一致性。結(jié)果 Bland-Altman分析顯示:PPV1與PPV2麻醉誘導(dǎo)后20 min平均偏差0.5%(-1.9%~2.8%);去骨瓣即刻平均偏差-0.5%(-3.8%~2.9%);剪開硬膜即刻平均偏差-0.1%(-3.2%~3.0%);上骨瓣時平均偏差0.1%(-2.4%~2.6%)。結(jié)論與橈動脈脈壓變異度一樣,足背動脈脈壓變異度對于神經(jīng)外科開顱手術(shù)中的容量監(jiān)測及容量治療有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the consistency of radial artery and dorsalis pedis artery pulse pressure variability in Department of Neurosurgery surgery. Methods 25 patients undergoing elective craniotomy in Department of Neurosurgery, general anesthesia after tracheal intubation after induction of anesthesia, recording 20min, bone flap immediately, immediately cut the dura mater, radial artery pulse pressure on bone flap of variability (PPV1) and the dorsalis pedis artery pulse pressure variability (PPV2) of.VT is set to 8ml/kg, PPV1 and PPV2 consistency analysis using Bland-Altman method. The results of Bland-Altman analysis showed that PPV1 and PPV2 20 min after induction of anesthesia, the average deviation of 0.5% (-1.9%~2.8%); bone flap immediate mean deviation -0.5% (-3.8%~2.9%); cut the dura mater immediately mean deviation -0.1% (-3.2%~3.0%); the average deviation of 0.1% when the bone flap (-2.4%~2.6%). Conclusion the variability of radial artery and pulse pressure, pulse pressure variability of dorsal artery of foot has guiding meaning for craniotomy in Department of Neurosurgery capacity monitoring and treatment capacity Righteousness.
