【摘要】：目的:比較全身麻醉聯合硬膜外麻醉與單純全身麻醉在婦科腹腔鏡患者中的臨床應用價值。方法:以106例在某醫(yī)院婦產科進行腹腔鏡手術治療的患者為研究對象,將其隨機均分(每組53例)為兩組:比較分析兩組患者的子宮松弛度改善情況、臨床指標改善情況、血流動力學變化情況。結果:與G組患者相比,EG組患者在各方面(如心率、舒張壓、患者子宮松弛度、手術時間、麻醉蘇醒時間等)的指標均有較明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:全身麻醉聯合硬膜外麻醉的效果明顯優(yōu)于單純全身麻醉,可作為婦科腹腔鏡手術中較為理想的麻醉方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical application value of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and simple general anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic patients. They were randomly divided into two groups (53 cases in each group): the improvement of uterine relaxation, the improvement of clinical indexes and hemodynamic changes were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with group G, the patients in EG group were in various aspects (such as heart rate, heart rate, heart rate, heart rate, heart rate, heart rate, heart rate, heart rate, heart rate, heart rate, heart rate). The indexes of diastolic blood pressure (DBP), uterine relaxation, operation time, anaesthesia recovery time, etc.) were improved significantly (P 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia is better than that of general anesthesia alone. It can be used as an ideal anesthetic scheme in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
