【摘要】：目的觀察接受七氟烷麻醉時應用右美托咪定對患兒血流動力學、應激反應及蘇醒期躁動的影響。方法 80例接受七氟烷麻醉的患兒隨機分為試驗組及對照組,每組40例。試驗組完成麻醉及插管操作后靜脈泵入右美托咪定1μg·kg-1·h-1,對照組給予等量0.9%Na Cl。比較2組麻醉前及麻醉中的心率、收縮壓、舒張壓、血糖、皮質醇濃度和腎上腺素濃度變化情況,并對2組麻醉蘇醒期躁動評分比較。結果 2組麻醉前心率、收縮壓、舒張壓、血糖、皮質醇濃度和腎上腺素濃度差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),而在麻醉10 min后,2組以上指標均較麻醉前有所升高,但試驗組顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。手術結束拔管時和患兒蘇醒時,試驗組躁動評分均明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結論在接受七氟烷麻醉時,右美托咪定可有效地穩(wěn)定患兒的血流動力學,降低應激反應,改善蘇醒期的躁動情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of dexmetomidine on hemodynamics, stress response and restlessness during sevoflurane anesthesia in children. Methods 80 children undergoing sevoflurane anesthesia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 40 patients in each group were given dexmetomidine 1 渭 g 路kg-1 路h-1.The heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and blood glucose were compared before and after anesthesia in the control group. Results Heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood glucose, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, blood glucose, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, blood glucose, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood glucose, heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, There was no significant difference in cortisol concentration and epinephrine concentration between the two groups, but the above indexes in the two groups were higher than those before anesthesia 10 min after anesthesia, but they were significantly lower in the trial group than in the control group. The extubation at the end of the operation and the recovery of the children were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion dexmetomidine can effectively stabilize hemodynamics, decrease stress response and improve restlessness in recovery period in patients with sevoflurane anesthesia, the scores of restlessness in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05).
