【摘要】：目的 研究低流量七氟醚吸入麻醉對(duì)新生兒腎功能的影響。方法 90例新生兒手術(shù)患兒,隨機(jī)分為研究組和對(duì)照組,各45例。研究組患兒使用低流量七氟醚吸入麻醉,對(duì)照組患兒使用七氟醚吸入麻醉,觀察比較兩組患兒在各個(gè)時(shí)間段(手術(shù)前1 d、術(shù)后1 h、術(shù)后1 d、術(shù)后3 d)的肌酐、血清尿素氮含量變化情況。結(jié)果 研究組手術(shù)后1 h肌酐為(54.66±4.39)mmol/L、手術(shù)后1 d肌酐為(54.71±4.45)mmol/L,手術(shù)后1 h血清尿素氮為(4.23±0.63)mmol/L,手術(shù)后1 d血清尿素氮(4.21±0.65)mmol/L,各個(gè)時(shí)間段的肌酐、血清尿素氮含量比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,(P0.05)。對(duì)照組中手術(shù)后1 h和1 d的肌酐、血清尿素氮含量均明顯較高,接近于正常范圍中上限水平,與本組手術(shù)前1 d和手術(shù)后3 d的含量比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者手術(shù)前1 d和手術(shù)后3 d的患兒肌酐、血清尿素氮含量比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 對(duì)新生兒實(shí)施低流量七氟醚吸入麻醉,不會(huì)對(duì)腎功能造成損害影響,其麻醉效果安全、有效,值得大力推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of low-flow sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on renal function of newborns. Methods 90 neonates undergoing operation were randomly divided into study group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). In the control group, sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia was used to observe and compare the creatinine levels in each time period (1 day before operation, 1 hour after operation, 1 day after operation, 3 days after operation). Results the level of serum urea nitrogen in the study group was 54.66 鹵4.39 mmol / L at 1 h after operation, 54.71 鹵4.45 mmol / L at 1 day after operation, 4.23 鹵0.63 mmolL / L at 1 h after operation, 4.21 鹵0.65 mmol / L in serum urea nitrogen at 1 day after operation. There was no significant difference in serum urea nitrogen content between the two groups. In the control group, the creatinine and serum urea nitrogen levels were significantly higher at 1 hour and 1 day after operation than those in the control group, which were close to the upper limit of the normal range. There was significant difference in serum urea nitrogen and creatinine between the two groups 1 day before operation and 3 days after operation. Conclusion the application of low flow sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia to neonates will not affect the renal function, the anesthetic effect is safe and effective, and it is worth popularizing.
