【摘要】：目的觀察昂丹司瓊是否對羅哌卡因蛛網膜下腔阻滯的效能產生影響。方法隨機選取擇期行下肢手術的患者44例,將其隨機分入昂丹司瓊組和對照組,每組22例。昂丹司瓊組患者于麻醉前15min靜脈滴注昂丹司瓊4mg,對照組患者則未予昂丹司瓊。所有患者均行羅哌卡因蛛網膜下腔阻滯,有效標準:1蛛網膜下腔阻滯后20min感覺阻滯平面(針刺疼痛消失法)至少達到T12水平;2運動阻滯以蛛網膜下腔阻滯后20min雙下肢阻滯達到Bromage Scale評分≥2分(0分為髖、膝、踝關節(jié)均可正常運動;1分為不能抬腿,但可以活動膝和踝關節(jié);2分為不能活動膝關節(jié),但可以活動踝關節(jié);3分為髖、膝、踝關節(jié)均不能運動);3蛛網膜下腔阻滯后≥1h,硬脊膜外腔不再追加注射局部麻醉藥物直至手術結束。根據序貫法公式計算兩組患者羅哌卡因的半數有效量(ED50)及其95%CI。結果昂丹司瓊組和對照組羅哌卡因的ED50及其95%CI分別為11.42(11.02~11.85)和11.32(10.92~11.80)mg,兩組間差異無統計學意義(P0.05)。結論昂丹司瓊對羅哌卡因蛛網膜下腔阻滯的效能無影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of ondansetron on the efficacy of ropivacaine subarachnoid block. Methods 44 patients undergoing elective lower limb surgery were randomly divided into ondansetron group and control group. Ondansetron group received intravenous infusion of ondansetron 4 mg 15 minutes before anesthesia, while the control group did not receive ondansetron. All patients received ropivacaine subarachnoid block. Effective standard: 1 the level of sensory block (acupuncture pain vanishing) reached T12 level at least 20 minutes after subarachnoid block and motor block was achieved at least 20 minutes after subarachnoid block.
