【摘要】：目的:總結吸脂聯(lián)合乳暈旁小切口治療男性乳腺發(fā)育癥的治療體會。方法:對重慶醫(yī)科大學附屬第一醫(yī)院燒傷整形外科從2012年6月至2015年6月收治的25例男性乳腺發(fā)育癥患者采用局部腫脹麻醉下吸脂聯(lián)合乳暈旁小切口進行治療。結果:25例經(jīng)手術治療后均達到美容效果,遺留疤痕不明顯,胸部平坦、無明顯臺階感,病理檢查結果回示乳腺腺管增生、擴張及纖維脂肪組織增生。結論:局部腫脹麻醉下的吸脂聯(lián)合乳暈旁小切口治療男性乳腺發(fā)育癥能達到滿意的美容效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the experience of liposuction combined with areola small incision in the treatment of male breast development. Methods: from June 2012 to June 2015, 25 cases of male breast were treated in burn plastic surgery department of the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. The patients with adenomatosis were treated with liposuction under local swelling anesthesia and small incision beside areola. The scar was not obvious, the chest was flat, and there was no obvious sense of step. The pathological examination showed the hyperplasia of the mammary gland duct. Conclusion: liposuction combined with small areola incision under local swelling anesthesia can achieve satisfactory cosmetic effect in the treatment of male breast development.
