【摘要】：醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)已開(kāi)展多年,并取得了豐碩的成果,這在很多程度上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了醫(yī)院日常管理工作的信息化,尤其是數(shù)字化手術(shù)室的建設(shè),更是減輕了醫(yī)護(hù)人員的工作強(qiáng)度。當(dāng)前,在數(shù)字化手術(shù)室中,雖然,對(duì)于手術(shù)患者有專業(yè)的儀器設(shè)備進(jìn)行體征等各類數(shù)據(jù)的采集,但是,并沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)的管理和維護(hù),更談不上臨床手術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)傳輸和共享,這使得專業(yè)的信息化設(shè)備不能更好地服務(wù)廣大醫(yī)護(hù)人員。因此,課題針對(duì)紹興第二醫(yī)院臨床手術(shù)業(yè)務(wù)流程,探討醫(yī)院臨床麻醉信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,以期通過(guò)課題研究,完善該醫(yī)院數(shù)字化手術(shù)室的建設(shè),更好地服務(wù)于患者及醫(yī)護(hù)工作人員。本文提出了一個(gè)基于ASP.NET技術(shù)和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),在Visual Studio平臺(tái)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)臨床麻醉信息管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)方案。據(jù)此方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)了術(shù)前管理、術(shù)中管理、術(shù)后管理、科室事務(wù)管理等功能模塊。其中,術(shù)前管理包括手術(shù)安排和術(shù)前訪視等子功能,改變了過(guò)去通過(guò)手工安排手術(shù)的工作方式,提高了手術(shù)排班的效率;術(shù)中管理模塊包括麻醉記錄和體征數(shù)據(jù)采集,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)患者麻醉過(guò)程的全程跟蹤,并完成患者體征數(shù)據(jù)的同步和下載;術(shù)后管理包括了麻醉總結(jié)和術(shù)后隨訪,通過(guò)該模塊可以記錄患者的康復(fù)情況,為醫(yī)護(hù)人員提供可借鑒的參考數(shù)據(jù),從而有助于患者的康復(fù);科室事務(wù)管理主要用于管理科室的日常事務(wù),減輕了醫(yī)護(hù)人員的日常事務(wù)管理工作強(qiáng)度。本文介紹的醫(yī)院臨床麻醉信息管理系統(tǒng),在技術(shù)方案的選擇方面,采用了三層框架,實(shí)現(xiàn)了頁(yè)面與代碼的分離、功能模塊之間的獨(dú)立,提高了程序的靈活性和可移植性;在實(shí)際應(yīng)用方面,實(shí)現(xiàn)了醫(yī)院臨床手術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)傳輸及共享,提高了手術(shù)的安全性,豐富了數(shù)字化手術(shù)室的建設(shè)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The construction of hospital informatization has been carried out for many years and has achieved fruitful results. To a great extent, it has realized the informationization of hospital daily management, especially the construction of digital operating room. At present, in the digital operating room, although there are professional instruments and equipment to collect all kinds of data such as physical signs, the management and maintenance of these data has not been realized. Not to mention the real-time transmission and sharing of clinical surgical data, which makes professional information equipment unable to better serve the vast number of medical personnel. Therefore, the subject is aimed at the business process of clinical surgery in Shaoxing No. 2 Hospital. This paper discusses the design and implementation of clinical anesthetic information management system in hospital, in order to perfect the construction of digital operating room in this hospital through the research of the subject. Based on ASP.NET technology and SQL Server database, a development scheme of clinical anesthetic information management system based on Visual Studio platform is proposed in this paper. According to the scheme, the preoperative management is realized. The functional modules of intraoperative management, postoperative management, department affairs management, etc. Among them, preoperative management includes the sub-functions of operation arrangement and preoperative visit, which changed the working mode of manual operation in the past and improved the efficiency of operation scheduling. The intraoperative management module includes anesthetic records and physical data collection, which realizes the complete tracking of the patient's anesthetic process, and completes the synchronization and download of the patient's physical data, and the postoperative management includes anaesthesia summary and postoperative follow-up. Through this module, the patients' rehabilitation can be recorded, and the reference data can be provided for the medical staff, which is helpful to the rehabilitation of the patients, and the management of the department affairs is mainly used to manage the daily affairs of the departments. The hospital clinical anesthetic information management system introduced in this paper adopts a three-layer framework to separate the page from the code in the selection of technical scheme. The independence of the function modules improves the flexibility and portability of the program, and in the practical application, the real-time transmission and sharing of the clinical operation data in the hospital are realized, and the safety of the operation is improved. It enriches the construction of digital operating room.
