【摘要】：目的比較必蘭和利多卡因不同麻醉方法在下頜阻生智齒拔除手術(shù)中的麻醉效果。方法 160顆下頜阻生智齒隨機(jī)分為必蘭局部浸潤(rùn)麻醉組、必蘭阻滯麻醉組、利多卡因阻滯麻醉組、必蘭和利多卡因聯(lián)合麻醉組進(jìn)行局部麻醉,行拔除手術(shù),觀(guān)察麻醉效果,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果必蘭和利多卡因聯(lián)合麻醉組在下頜阻生智齒拔除術(shù)中的麻醉效果均優(yōu)于必蘭局部浸潤(rùn)麻醉組、必蘭阻滯麻醉組和利多卡因阻滯麻醉組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。必蘭阻滯麻醉組和利多卡因阻滯麻醉組的麻醉效果均優(yōu)于必蘭局部浸潤(rùn)麻醉組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。必蘭阻滯麻醉組和利多卡因阻滯麻醉組之間的麻醉效果差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論必蘭和利多卡因聯(lián)合麻醉用于拔除下頜阻生智齒有較好的麻醉效果,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the anesthetic effects of different anesthetic methods between Biram and lidocaine in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. Methods 160 mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were randomly divided into two groups: local infiltration anesthesia group and Bilan block anesthesia group. Lidocaine block anesthesia group, lidocaine and lidocaine combined anesthesia group performed local anesthesia, extubation, and observed the anesthetic effect. Results the anesthetic effect of the combined anesthesia group was better than that of the local infiltration anesthesia group, the lidocaine anesthesia group and the lidocaine block anesthesia group during the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth, and the effect of the anesthesia was better than that of the local infiltration anesthesia group, the lidocaine block anesthesia group and the lidocaine block anesthesia group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The anesthetic effects of the two groups were better than those of the local infiltration anesthesia group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the anesthetic effect between the two groups. Conclusion the combination of Biram and lidocaine has a better anesthetic effect on the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
