【摘要】：目的掌握融水小型豬主要器官解剖學及組織學數(shù)據(jù)。方法選擇6月齡F1代小型豬雌雄各兩頭,麻醉后測體重,進行大體解剖,頸動脈取血測定全身血量、血漿量,記錄脊柱數(shù)量和恒齒齒式,取出主要臟器進行拍照、稱重及測量,切取臟器的部分組織,用福爾馬林固定后做組織切片,在顯微鏡下觀察并拍照。結(jié)果獲得了融水小型豬的主要臟器形態(tài)圖片、組織學顯微圖片、主要臟器重量、臟器系數(shù)及其他基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)論初步掌握了融水小型豬的器官解剖學和組織學基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to master the anatomical and histological data of the main organs of meltwater miniature pigs. Methods the body weight of 6 months old F1 miniature pigs was measured after anaesthesia, and the body blood volume and plasma volume were measured by carotid artery blood sampling. The number of spine and permanent teeth were recorded, the main organs were taken out to take pictures, weighed and measured, some tissues of the organs were cut off, and then fixed with formalin to make tissue sections. The results showed that the main organ morphology, histology and weight of the main organs were obtained. Conclusion the basic data of organ anatomy and histology of meltwater miniature pigs were preliminarily grasped.
