【摘要】：麻醉復(fù)蘇室是為了保障麻醉恢復(fù)期患者的安全,并減少患者并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,以便于連臺(tái)手術(shù)可以相互銜接在一起而建立的。為了規(guī)范麻醉復(fù)蘇室的護(hù)理管理,許多醫(yī)院借鑒國外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合醫(yī)院自身特點(diǎn),制定了一套更符合實(shí)際的規(guī)范化管理模式,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)護(hù)理人員的基礎(chǔ)理論及操作技能知識(shí)培訓(xùn)與考核,以掌握麻醉復(fù)蘇期的急救技術(shù)及監(jiān)護(hù)儀器設(shè)備的操作方法。實(shí)踐證實(shí),麻醉復(fù)蘇室的規(guī)范化管理減少了患者在手術(shù)室的逗留時(shí)間,使外科手術(shù)的進(jìn)度加快,提高了手術(shù)室的利用率和工作效率,也保證了麻醉復(fù)蘇期患者的安全。
[Abstract]:The anaesthesia resuscitation room is set up to ensure the safety of the patients in the recovery stage of anesthesia and to reduce the incidence of complications, so that the operation can be connected with each other, so as to standardize the nursing management of the anaesthesia resuscitation room. Many hospitals draw lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries and combine the characteristics of the hospital itself to formulate a more practical standardized management model, and strengthen the training and examination of the basic theory and operational skills knowledge of the nursing staff at the same time. In order to master the first aid technique and the operation method of the monitoring instrument and equipment in the stage of anesthesia and resuscitation, the practice proved that the standardized management of the anaesthesia resuscitation room reduced the stay time of the patient in the operating room and accelerated the progress of the surgical operation. The efficiency of operation room is improved, and the safety of patients in anaesthesia and resuscitation period is ensured.
