【摘要】：目的觀察口服、肌內(nèi)注射(肌注)與鼻腔內(nèi)給予咪達(dá)唑侖對小兒七氟烷麻醉恢復(fù)期躁動的影響。方法 180例接受手術(shù)治療的患兒,按給藥方式不同分為對照組、口服組、肌注組及鼻腔組,每組45例。對照組口服葡萄糖,口服組口服咪達(dá)唑侖,肌注組肌內(nèi)注射咪達(dá)唑侖,鼻腔組鼻腔輸注咪達(dá)唑侖,比較四組不同給藥方式的麻醉效果及躁動情況。結(jié)果對照組、口服組、肌注組及鼻腔組的麻醉鎮(zhèn)靜評分(Ramsay)評分分別為(2.13±0.46)、(4.26±1.13)、(5.12±1.01)、(5.20±1.20)分,口服組、肌注組及鼻腔組麻醉Ramsay評分均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);肌注組及鼻腔組麻醉Ramsay評分優(yōu)于口服組(P0.05)。對照組、口服組、肌注組及鼻腔組的蘇醒期躁動評分表(PAED)評分為(18.06±5.63)、(7.21±1.13)、(7.43±1.34)、(7.06±1.41)分,口服組、肌注組及鼻腔組PAED評分均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論口服、肌注與鼻腔內(nèi)給予咪達(dá)唑侖均可減少小兒七氟烷麻醉恢復(fù)期躁動,且效果相似,考慮患兒舒適度,建議口服給予咪達(dá)唑侖。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of oral administration, intramuscular injection (intramuscular injection) and nasal administration of midazolam on restlessness during sevoflurane anesthesia in children. Intramuscular injection group and nasal cavity group, each group, 45 cases, control group oral glucose, oral group oral midazolam, intramuscular injection of midazolam, nasal cavity group nasal infusion midazolam, Results the anesthetic sedation scores of the control group, oral group, intramuscular injection group and nasal cavity group were 2.13 鹵0.46, 4.26 鹵1.13 鹵1.01, 5.20 鹵1.20 and 5.20 鹵1.20, respectively. The restlessness score of the control group, the intramuscular injection group and the nasal cavity group was 18.06 鹵5.63 and 7.21 鹵1.1343 鹵1.34 + 7.06 鹵1.41, respectively. The PAED score of intramuscular injection group and nasal cavity group were better than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion midazolam, intramuscular injection and nasal administration can reduce restlessness in convalescent stage of sevoflurane anesthesia in children, and the effect is similar. Considering the comfort of children, midazolam should be given orally.
