【摘要】：目的 :探討對進行膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)的患者聯(lián)合進行坐骨神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉與腰叢麻醉的臨床效果。方法 :對近年來在我院接受膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)的84例患者的臨床資料進行回顧性研究。我院隨機將這些患者分為對照組和觀察組,每組各有42例患者。我院對對照組患者進行腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉,對觀察組患者聯(lián)合進行坐骨神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉與腰叢麻醉,然后比較兩組患者的麻醉效果。結(jié)果 :兩組患者在接受麻醉后,觀察組患者進行麻醉準備和操作的時間(Tr)、感覺完全阻滯的時間(T1)、感覺恢復(fù)的時間(T2)、運動功能完全阻滯的時間(T3)、術(shù)畢至運動功能恢復(fù)的時間(T4)、術(shù)畢至第1次排尿的時間(Tu)等指標均明顯優(yōu)于對照組患者,差異顯著(P0.05),具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。觀察組患者在麻醉20分鐘后(T20)的血壓水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組患者,差異顯著(P0.05),具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 :對進行膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)的患者聯(lián)合進行坐骨神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉與腰叢麻醉的臨床效果顯著,此麻醉方法值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of sciatic nerve block anesthesia and lumbar plexus anesthesia on patients undergoing knee arthroscopy. Methods: 84 patients undergoing knee arthroscopy in our hospital in recent years were studied. These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. There were 42 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, and the patients in the observation group were subjected to sciatic nerve block anesthesia and spinal plexus anesthesia. Then the anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after receiving anesthesia, The time of anaesthesia preparation and operation in the observation group was Tran, the time of complete sensory block was T _ 1, the time of sensory recovery was T _ 2, the time of complete motor function block was T _ 3, the time of motor function recovery was T _ (4), and the time of the first time of urination was found at the end of operation. Time Tub and other indexes were significantly better than those of the control group. The blood pressure of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group 20 minutes after anesthesia. Conclusion: the clinical effect of sciatic nerve block anesthesia and lumbar plexus anesthesia on patients undergoing knee arthroscopy is significant, and this method is worth popularizing in clinic.
