【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,女,34歲,因"左側(cè)鼻塞不適2年伴鼻出血11d"于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行鼻竇增強(qiáng)CT提示:左上頜竇-左鼻腔新生物,全身麻醉下行"鼻內(nèi)鏡下左鼻腔新生物摘除加下鼻道開窗加前后篩竇開放術(shù)",術(shù)后病理報(bào)告提示左鼻上頜竇非腸型高分化腺癌。1周后于我院行"鼻內(nèi)鏡徑路上頜竇癌根治術(shù)加左側(cè)鼻竇開放術(shù)",病變切除后反復(fù)電凝及燒灼術(shù)腔創(chuàng)面,術(shù)中失血量約100ml,并予止血紗布及高膨脹止血材料填塞左鼻腔,術(shù)后病情穩(wěn)定,1周后出院。
[Abstract]:A case report, female 34 years old, underwent enhanced sinus CT in the local hospital due to "left nasal obstruction 2 years with epistaxis 11 days": left maxillary sinus-left nasal cavity neoplasm, left maxillary sinus, left nasal cavity neoplasm, left maxillary sinus, left nasal cavity, left maxillary sinus, and left nasal cavity. Under general anesthesia, "left nasal cavity neovascularization under nasal endoscope, fenestration of inferior nasal canal and anterior and posterior ethmoid sinus opening" were performed. The postoperative pathological report indicated that the left nasal and maxillary sinus non-intestinal type highly differentiated adenocarcinoma was performed in our hospital after 1 week. Radical resection of sinus cancer plus left sinus surgery "," after resection of lesions, repeated electrocoagulation and cauterization of the cavity wound, " The volume of blood loss was about 100 ml during the operation. The left nasal cavity was filled with hemostatic gauze and high expansion hemostatic material. The patient was discharged from hospital 1 week after the operation.
