【摘要】：目的探討氟比洛芬酯在胸外傷手術(shù)中對(duì)老年患者應(yīng)激反應(yīng)及相關(guān)蛋白的影響。方法 60例美國(guó)麻醉師協(xié)會(huì)(ASA)Ⅰ~Ⅱ級(jí)需行胸外傷手術(shù)的老年患者隨機(jī)分為兩組各30例,對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)麻醉,觀察組麻醉誘導(dǎo)前給予氟比洛芬酯,記錄兩組血壓、心率(HR)、血氧等應(yīng)激情況,并對(duì)鎮(zhèn)痛效果及內(nèi)皮素(ET)-1的水平變化進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果觀察組患者平均動(dòng)脈壓(MAP)、HR、血氧飽和度(SpO_2)水平均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組甲腎上腺素(NE)及ET-1水平低于對(duì)照組,但差異不明顯(P0.05)。觀察組患者術(shù)后1、6、12 h視覺模擬疼痛評(píng)分均明顯小于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組發(fā)生嗜睡、惡心嘔吐等不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率,明顯少于對(duì)照組,且住院時(shí)間明顯少于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論氟比洛芬酯能夠有效減輕麻醉誘導(dǎo)引發(fā)的注射痛,減輕蘇醒期的應(yīng)激反應(yīng),減少不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,縮短住院時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of flurbiprofen ester on stress response and related proteins in elderly patients undergoing thoracic trauma surgery. Methods Sixty elderly patients undergoing thoracic trauma surgery were randomly divided into two groups (30 cases each). Routine anesthesia was performed in the control group, and flurbiprofen ester was given to the observation group before anesthesia induction. The blood pressure, heart rate, HRN and blood oxygen stress were recorded in the two groups. The effect of analgesia and the level of endothelin (et) 1 were compared. Results the mean arterial pressure (MAPH) and blood oxygen saturation (SPO _ 2) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the levels of NE and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The visual analogue pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The incidence of somnolence, nausea and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion flurbiprofen ester can effectively reduce the injection pain induced by anesthesia, reduce the stress reaction during the recovery period, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and shorten the hospital stay.
