【摘要】：目的測定新生兒Tosight喉鏡氣管插管時七氟醚吸入的半數(shù)肺泡氣濃度(minimum alveolar concentrations effective inhaled concentrations in 50%,MAC EI_(50))和95%有效肺泡氣濃度(minimum alveolar concentrations effective inhaled concentrations in95%,MAC EI_(50))。方法選擇22例美國麻醉醫(yī)師協(xié)會(American Society of Anesthesiologists,ASA)1或Ⅱ級擇期全身麻醉手術(shù)的新生兒,吸入七氟醚麻醉,初次濃度設置為3.3%,相鄰濃度比為1.1,七氟醚的濃度按改良序貫法增加或減少一級,待七氟醚的濃度達血一腦平衡10 min后行氣管插管。用概率單位回歸法計算出新生兒Tosight喉鏡氣管插管時七氟醚吸入誘導的肺泡氣濃度MAC EI_(50)和EI_(95)及相應的95%可信區(qū)間(confidence interval,95%CI)。結(jié)果全憑七氟醚吸入誘導Tosight喉鏡氣管插管時患兒肺泡氣濃度的MAC EI_(50)為3.65%,95%CI為3.28%~4.04%;MAC EI_(95)為4.24%,95%CI為3.93%~7.14%。結(jié)論 Tosight喉鏡用于新生兒氣管插管時的肺泡氣濃度的MAC EI_(50)和EI_(95)分別為3.65%和4.24%。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the concentration of 50% alveolar gas inhaled by sevoflurane during tracheal intubation under laryngoscope in neonates with Tosight.
