【摘要】：正患兒,女,6歲,體重24kg,因"活動后氣促5年余"入院,經(jīng)檢查后診斷為"動脈迂曲綜合征,室間隔缺損",擬行"主動脈弓修復(fù),室間隔缺損修補術(shù)"。既往左上肢肌力輕度降低,肌力分級為4級;發(fā)音輕度含混;無紫紺,無長臉、長人中、脊柱側(cè)彎和皮膚彈性高等。查體:意識清楚,發(fā)育良好,體溫37.2℃,RR 24次/分,右上肢血壓125/65 mm Hg,左
