【摘要】：研究目的:宋代是我國古代經(jīng)濟與文化教育繁榮發(fā)展時期,以印刷術(shù)為首的科學(xué)技術(shù)呈現(xiàn)突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展勢頭[1]。政治開明,儒學(xué)復(fù)興,尊師重道之風(fēng)氣流行,歷代皇帝重視醫(yī)學(xué),大多喜愛針灸,尤其是宋太宗喜善灼艾,宋仁宗酷喜針灸[2]。加之范仲淹的“不為良相,當(dāng)為良醫(yī)”的思想促使許多文人志士熱心于醫(yī)學(xué)[3],他們勤讀古訓(xùn),研習(xí)醫(yī)術(shù),著書立說,提升了宋代從醫(yī)者的整體的文化素質(zhì),促進(jìn)了宋代醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展。本研究選取宋代具有代表性的灸法著作《灸膏肓腧穴法》、《扁鵲心書》及《針灸資生經(jīng)》,詳細(xì)的研讀,歸納總結(jié),理清出宋代灸法的歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò),探明宋代施灸的材料與方法及適宜范疇,剖析宋代灸法的特色,歸納出宋代灸法的理論,從中獲取有助于中醫(yī)現(xiàn)代化的實質(zhì)性內(nèi)容,力圖在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步發(fā)展、傳播推廣艾灸這一古老而神奇的防病治病方法,為從事針灸臨床和教學(xué)工作提供參考的資料。對弘揚灸法文化、提高公眾對中醫(yī)藥文化的了解,具有重要而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。研究方法:認(rèn)真研讀宋代灸法著名醫(yī)書《灸膏肓腧穴法》、《扁鵲心書》(清乾隆刻本為底本的點校版本)及《針灸資生經(jīng)》(元天歷葉日增廣勤唐印本為底本的點校版本)等古籍,查閱與本課題相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,尋找總結(jié)宋代灸法的特點,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)歸納、整理及分析。研究結(jié)論:灸法的應(yīng)用在宋代得到了傳承與發(fā)展,涌現(xiàn)出大量的灸法專著。這個時期的灸法具有施灸材料豐富,施灸的方法多樣,創(chuàng)立麻醉施灸法等特征;在理論方面具有重視經(jīng)絡(luò)腧穴理論,推崇保扶陽氣,溫補脾胃的扶陽思想,臨證中的強調(diào)灸藥結(jié)合等特點。
[Abstract]:Research objective: the Song Dynasty was the prosperous period of economy, culture and education in ancient China, and the science and technology, led by printing, showed a momentum of development by leaps and bounds. [1]. Political openness, revival of Confucianism, popularity of respect for teachers, emperors attached great importance to medicine, a great deal of love acupuncture, especially Song Taizong Xixingai, Song Renzong cool love acupuncture and moxibustion. [2]. In addition, Fan Zhongyan's idea of "not being a good person, being a good doctor" prompted many literati and scholars to be enthusiastic about medicine. [3], they often read ancient admonition, study medical skill, write a book to say, promoted the whole culture quality of the doctor of Song Dynasty. This study selected the representative works of moxibustion in Song Dynasty "moxibustion ointment Bang acupoint method", "Bian que Xin Shu" and "Acupuncture and moxibustion Zisheng Jing", which were studied and summarized in detail. Clear out the historical development of moxibustion in Song Dynasty, explore the materials, methods and appropriate categories of moxibustion in Song Dynasty, analyze the characteristics of moxibustion in Song Dynasty, and sum up the theory of moxibustion in Song Dynasty. From this to obtain the substantive content which is helpful to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, trying to further develop on this basis, spread and popularize moxibustion, an ancient and magical method of disease prevention and treatment. To provide reference materials for clinical and teaching work of acupuncture and moxibustion, to carry forward the culture of moxibustion and to improve the public's understanding of the culture of traditional Chinese medicine. Research method: study the famous medical book of moxibustion in Song Dynasty, "moxibustion ointment and acupoint method". Bian que Heart Book (the Qing Dynasty Qianlong engraved version of the point school version) and "Acupuncture and moxibustion Zisheng Jing" (the Yuan Tian Li Ye Ye Gongqin Tang printing version of the original version), and other ancient books, to consult the relevant documents and materials related to this subject. Find and summarize the characteristics of moxibustion in Song Dynasty, and make systematic induction, arrangement and analysis. Conclusion: the application of moxibustion has been inherited and developed in Song Dynasty. A large number of monographs on moxibustion have emerged. The moxibustion in this period is characterized by abundant materials, various moxibustion methods and the establishment of anesthetic moxibustion. In theory, it has the characteristics of attaching importance to the theory of meridian and acupoints, advocating the idea of protecting Yang qi, warming up spleen and stomach, and emphasizing the combination of moxibustion and medicine in clinical syndrome.
