【摘要】：目的研究探討腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉在老年人股骨粗隆內(nèi)固定中的應(yīng)用價值。方法 50例老年股骨粗隆間骨折手術(shù)患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對照組,各25例。對照組采用硬膜外麻醉,觀察組采用腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉。觀察兩組患者的麻醉前后收縮壓、舒張壓及心率的變化情況,比較其肌松效果、不良反應(yīng)情況、麻醉起效時間及用藥量。結(jié)果麻醉后,兩組患者收縮壓、舒張壓與麻醉前比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組麻醉用藥量及麻醉起效時間明顯少于對照組,肌松效果明顯優(yōu)于對照組,不良反應(yīng)情況少于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對老年股骨粗隆間骨折手術(shù)患者采用腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉,能顯著減少麻醉用藥量,加快麻醉起效時間,增加老年患者手術(shù)的安全性,達(dá)到良好的麻醉效果,值得在臨床中推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture internal fixation. Methods 50 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with epidural anesthesia, the observation group with combined spinal epidural anesthesia were observed before and after anesthesia in two. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate changes, the muscle relaxation effect, adverse reaction, the onset time of anesthesia and dosage. Results after anesthesia, two patients with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and before anesthesia, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05); the observation group anesthesia dose and the onset of anesthesia the time was significantly less than the control group, the effect of muscle relaxation was significantly better than the control group, adverse reactions were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion patients with combined spinal epidural anesthesia for elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture, significantly To reduce the dosage of anesthesia, speed up the onset time of anesthesia, increase the safety of the operation of the elderly patients and achieve good anesthetic effect, it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
