【摘要】：目的探討高血脂患者應(yīng)用不同丙泊酚制劑手術(shù)麻醉對其圍手術(shù)期血脂水平的影響。方法方便選取2014年1月—2015年12月收治的高脂血癥手術(shù)患者90例,隨機(jī)分3組,各30例,A組采用吸入七氟醚維持全麻,B組使用規(guī)格為50 m L/500 mg的長鏈脂肪酸,C組使用規(guī)格為20 m L/200mg的中長鏈脂肪酸,比較各組在圍手術(shù)期的血脂水平變化。結(jié)果各組手術(shù)后血脂水平較T0時均有明顯變化,B、C兩組在T1時LDL值和TC值均有明顯下降,C組下降幅度B組;比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);T2時B、C兩組TG水平明顯下降;T3時B組HDL值明顯上升。結(jié)論丙泊酚長鏈脂肪酸對患者圍手術(shù)期的血脂水平變化影響較小,為高血脂癥患者手術(shù)麻醉的更為安全的選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of anesthesia with different propofol preparations on serum lipid levels in hyperlipidemia patients during perioperative period. Methods 9 patients with hyperlipidemia treated from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected conveniently. 0 cases. Three groups were randomly divided into three groups, 30 patients in each group were treated with sevoflurane inhalation and maintained in group B with 50ml / 500mg of long chain fatty acids. Group C used 20ml / 200mg of medium-long chain fatty acids to compare the changes of blood lipid levels in each group during perioperative period. Results there were significant changes in serum lipid levels in each group after operation compared with T0. Both LDL and TC values in group C were significantly decreased at T1. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). At T2, TG level decreased significantly in group B and C; Conclusion propofol long chain fatty acid has little effect on the changes of blood lipid level in patients with hyperlipidemia and is a safer choice for patients with hyperlipidemia.
