【摘要】：目的觀察全身麻醉聯(lián)合硬膜外麻醉用藥治療老年患者手術(shù)的療效。方法選取2015年12月至2016年12月在該院的100例老年患者手術(shù)的患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各50例。觀察組給予全身麻醉聯(lián)合硬膜外麻醉,對(duì)照組給予全身麻醉治療。觀察患者手術(shù)前(T1)、插管3分鐘(T2)、手術(shù)時(shí)(T3)及拔管時(shí)(T4)血壓變化、蘇醒時(shí)間。結(jié)果觀察觀察組在T1、T2、T3、T4四個(gè)時(shí)期血壓低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);在T2、T3、T4四個(gè)時(shí)期觀察組蘇醒、拔管、應(yīng)答時(shí)間比對(duì)照組短,差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論全身麻醉聯(lián)合硬膜外麻醉對(duì)老年患者手術(shù),能夠較好維持老年患者生命體征,安全可靠,提高蘇醒質(zhì)量,值得臨床應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the curative effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in treatment of elderly patients with surgery. Methods from December 2015 to December 2016 in 100 cases of elderly patients in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia, the control group was given treatment were observed in patients with general anesthesia. Before the operation (T1), 3 minutes (T2) intubation, surgery (T3) and extubation (T4) changes in blood pressure, recovery time. Results in the observation group, T1, T2, T3, T4 four times the blood pressure lower than that of the control group (P0.05); in T2, T3, T4 four during the period of observation group recovery, extubation, response time shorter than the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for elderly patients with surgery, can better maintain the vital signs of the elderly patients with, safe and reliable, improve recovery quality, worthy of clinical application.
