【摘要】：目的探究硬膜外麻醉復合全身麻醉用于直腸癌根治手術(shù)的麻醉效果。方法選取2011年3月至2014年3月我院收治的82例行直腸癌根治術(shù)患者,隨機分為觀察組和對照組兩組,每組各41例,對照組患者采用全身麻醉,觀察組患者采用硬膜外麻醉復合全身麻醉,觀察比較兩組患者麻醉前后的血壓、心率變化情況、麻醉起效時間、術(shù)畢離開時間。結(jié)果拔管時,觀察組的平均動脈壓、心率均下降,對照組升高明顯,且波動幅度大;觀察組麻麻醉起效時間、術(shù)畢離開時間分別為(8.89±2.17)min、(45.93±5.64)min,患者及家屬滿意度92.6%;對照組麻醉起效時間、術(shù)畢離開時間分別為(19.72±4.23)min、(67.87±5.62)min,患者及家屬滿意度65.8%;觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率9.75%,對照組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率29.26%;組間比較差異明顯,具有統(tǒng)計學意義P0.05。結(jié)論對直腸癌根治手術(shù)患者采取硬膜外麻醉復合全身麻醉,麻醉療效滿意時間長,術(shù)后并發(fā)癥較少,對患者全身影響較小,值得在臨床上推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Anesthesia for radical resection of rectal cancer objective to explore the effect of epidural anesthesia. Methods from March 2011 to March 2014 in our hospital 82 cases of rectal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, 41 cases in each group, the control group was treated with general anesthesia, general anesthesia in the observation group were treated by epidural anesthesia were observed before and after anesthesia, compared two groups of patients with blood pressure, heart rate changes, onset time of anesthesia, postoperative extubation time left. The results of the observation group, mean arterial pressure, heart rate decreased, the control group increased significantly, and the fluctuation is large; the observation group anesthesia onset time, anesthesia time left respectively. (8.89 + 2.17) min, (45.93 + 5.64) min, the satisfaction of patients and their families 92.6%; control group, the onset time of anesthesia, postoperative left time was (19.72 + 4.23) min, (67.87 + 5.62) min, patients and their families full Of the 65.8%; the incidence of complications in observation group 9.75%, control group, the complication rate was 29.26%; the difference between groups was significant, with statistical significance P0.05. conclusion of radical surgery for rectal carcinoma patients with epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia, anesthesia effect is satisfactory for long time, less postoperative complications, less influence on patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
