【摘要】：目的:對(duì)創(chuàng)傷性肝脾破裂患者的麻醉處理方法予以探討。方法:選取我院2011年12月~2013年12月收治的創(chuàng)傷性肝脾破裂患者26例,對(duì)其臨床資料予以回顧分析。結(jié)果:本次所選26例患者中,有1例72歲老年患者合并血?dú)庑睾头螕p傷,術(shù)中出血過多經(jīng)積極搶救無效死亡,其余25例患者康復(fù)出院。結(jié)論:在創(chuàng)傷性肝脾破裂患者的手術(shù)過程中,若能依據(jù)實(shí)際病情,及時(shí)為患者選擇合適的麻醉方式,選用合理的麻醉藥物及術(shù)中采用正確的處理方法,對(duì)于降低患者的死亡率具有積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to discuss the anesthetic treatment of patients with traumatic rupture of the liver and spleen. Methods: 26 patients with traumatic rupture of the liver and spleen treated in our hospital in December ~2013 December 2011 were selected, and the clinical data were reviewed and analyzed. Results: the selected 26 patients, 1 cases of 72 elderly patients with hemopneumothorax and lung injury, intraoperative bleeding too much died after a positive, the remaining 25 patients were discharged from the hospital. Conclusion: during the operation of traumatic rupture of liver and spleen, if we can choose the right way of anesthesia according to the actual condition, choose reasonable anesthetic drugs and correct treatment methods during operation, which will play a positive role in reducing the mortality of patients.
