神經(jīng)性厭食癥大鼠伏隔核與延髓頭端腹外側(cè)區(qū)的神經(jīng)通路聯(lián)系(英文)

目的探討中樞伏隔核(NAc)與延髓頭端腹外側(cè)區(qū)(RVLM)之間是否存在神經(jīng)通路聯(lián)系,為進(jìn)一步闡明神經(jīng)性厭食癥(AN)患者心血管功能的中樞調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制提供新的理論依據(jù)。方法采用飲食-運(yùn)動(dòng)模擬法建立神經(jīng)性厭食癥大鼠模型,使用熒光金逆向示蹤法并結(jié)合多通道同步記錄技術(shù),探究NAc與RVLM間是否存在通路聯(lián)系并參與AN模型大鼠心血管功能的調(diào)節(jié)。結(jié)果與正常對(duì)照組相比,AN模型組大鼠收縮壓、平均動(dòng)脈壓和心率顯著降低,RVLM神經(jīng)元放電頻率顯著增加。在正常組和AN模型組大鼠RVLM核團(tuán)微量注射熒光金0.5μL后,觀察到NAc有熒光金逆行標(biāo)記神經(jīng)元分布。400μA電刺激正常組和模型組大鼠NAc時(shí),大鼠收縮壓、心率均顯著性降低,RVLM神經(jīng)元放電頻率顯著增加,而電刺激后模型組的舒張壓、平均動(dòng)脈壓明顯低于正常組。結(jié)論應(yīng)用飲食-運(yùn)動(dòng)模擬法能成功建立神經(jīng)性厭食癥大鼠模型。大鼠NAc與RVLM間存在神經(jīng)通路聯(lián)系,該神經(jīng)通路可能參與了AN模型大鼠心血管功能的調(diào)節(jié)。
