【摘要】：目的比較膈肌肌電均方根(RMSdi)與積分肌電值(i EMGdi)兩種膈肌電信號(hào)處理方法對(duì)氣道阻力增加狀態(tài)下呼吸中樞評(píng)價(jià)的準(zhǔn)確性。方法選擇2015年1-6月廣州12名健康志愿者,接受不同程度的吸氣阻力,并測(cè)量膈肌肌電以及跨膈壓,膈肌肌電分別采用均方根和積分值處理,兩種算法得出的結(jié)果分別與吸氣跨膈壓作相關(guān)性分析,比較其相關(guān)系數(shù)。結(jié)果在低、中、高水平吸氣阻力時(shí),膈肌肌電均方根與吸氣跨膈壓之間的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.198,0.141及0.569(P=0.054),均無相關(guān)性(均P0.05);而3個(gè)阻力下的積分肌電值與吸氣跨膈壓之間的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.896,0.885及0.876,均存在明顯相關(guān)性(均P0.01)。結(jié)論吸氣阻力存在時(shí),積分肌電值比膈肌肌電均方根更能準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)價(jià)呼吸中樞的吸氣努力程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the accuracy of diaphragm EMG root mean square (RMSdi) and integral EMG (i EMGdi) in evaluating respiratory center with increased airway resistance. Methods Twelve healthy volunteers in Guangzhou from January to June 2015 were selected to receive different degrees of inspiratory resistance, and diaphragm EMG and transphrenic pressure were measured by root mean square (root mean square) and integral values, respectively. the results obtained by the two algorithms were correlated with inspiratory transphrenic pressure, and the correlation coefficients were compared.
