【摘要】：目的探討血漿白細(xì)胞表面Toll樣受體4(TLR-4)、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和IV型膠原蛋白(Ⅳ-C)水平變化與肺部感染的關(guān)系。方法肺部感染患者41例,根據(jù)病情嚴(yán)重程度分為全身炎癥反應(yīng)綜合征(SIRS)組28例和多器官功能障礙綜合征(MODS)組13例,另選取知情同意的20例健康志愿者作為對(duì)照組。清晨采集三組研究對(duì)象的肘靜脈血,采用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)測(cè)定血漿TLR-4,ELISA法定量測(cè)定血漿MMP-9,放射免疫法測(cè)定血漿Ⅳ-C。對(duì)血漿TL-4、MMP-9和Ⅳ-C水平與病情嚴(yán)重程度進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果對(duì)照組、SIRS組和MODS組血漿TLR-4、MMP-9和Ⅳ-C水平均逐漸升高,組間兩兩比較,P均0.05。血漿TLR-4、MMP-9、Ⅳ-C水平與病情嚴(yán)重程度均呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.745、0.912、0.945,P均0.01)。結(jié)論血漿TLR-4、MMP-9、Ⅳ-C水平與肺部感染患者病情程度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the levels of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR-4), matrix metalloprotease-9 (MMP-9) and type IV collagen (IV-C) in plasma leukocytes and pulmonary infection. Methods 41 patients with pulmonary infection were divided into systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) group (28 cases) and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) group) group (13 cases) according to the severity of the disease. 20 healthy volunteers with informed consent were selected as control group. The cubital vein blood of the three groups was collected in the early morning, and the plasma MMP-9, was quantitatively determined by flow cytometry (TLR-4,ELISA). Plasma IV-C. The correlation between plasma TL-4,MMP-9 and IV-C levels and the severity of the disease was analyzed. Results the plasma levels of TLR-4,MMP-9 and IV-C in the control group, SIRS group and MODS group were gradually increased, and the levels of plasma TLR-4,MMP-9 and IV-C in the control group and MODS group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The plasma TLR-4,MMP-9, IV-C level was positively correlated with the severity of the disease (r = 0.745, 0.912, 0.945, P < 0.01). Conclusion there is a positive correlation between plasma TLR-4,MMP-9, IV-C level and the severity of pulmonary infection.
