【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)鼻空腸管早期腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)對伴呼吸功能衰竭患者治療效果的影響。方法隨機選取2012年7月—2014年7月接受機械通氣治療的78例呼吸功能衰竭患者作為研究對象,隨機分為觀察組和對照組,觀察組經(jīng)鼻空腸管行早期腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)支持,對照組給予早期完全腸外營養(yǎng)干預(yù),比較2組機械通氣前后腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)有效性和安全性。結(jié)果 2組機械通氣后營養(yǎng)指標(biāo)、炎癥反應(yīng)指標(biāo)均較治療前顯著改善(P0.05),且觀察組上述指標(biāo)水平均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),對比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論伴呼吸功能衰竭的危重癥患者經(jīng)鼻空腸管早期腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)支持更利于調(diào)節(jié)免疫功能,減少炎性反應(yīng),改善機體營養(yǎng)狀況,且并發(fā)癥少,是值得推廣的營養(yǎng)支持途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition on patients with respiratory failure. Methods 78 patients with respiratory failure treated with mechanical ventilation from July 2012 to July 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given early complete parenteral nutrition intervention, and the efficacy and safety of enteral nutrition before and after mechanical ventilation were compared between the two groups. Results after mechanical ventilation, the nutritional indexes and inflammatory response indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P 0.05), and the levels of the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion early enteral nutrition support in critically ill patients with respiratory failure is more beneficial to regulate immune function, reduce inflammatory reaction and improve nutritional status, and has fewer complications. It is worth popularizing nutritional support.
