【摘要】：正隨著無(wú)創(chuàng)呼吸機(jī)性能的改善,面罩的改進(jìn),無(wú)創(chuàng)機(jī)械通氣(NIPPV)已廣泛用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并呼吸衰竭患者的治療,循證醫(yī)學(xué)已證實(shí)了NIPPV在治療輕中度Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的價(jià)值〔1〕。對(duì)于重度Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭〔動(dòng)脈二氧化碳分壓(PaCO2)≥80 mmHg〕伴神志障礙者不推薦使用;但已有研究〔2,3〕證實(shí),NIPPV對(duì)COPD并重度Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭、肺性腦病患者有益。本研究觀察NIPPV治療COPD急性加重(AECOPD)
