【摘要】：慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球倡議(GOLD)是關(guān)于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)規(guī)范防控的全球綱領(lǐng)性文件,GOLD 2017在既往指南基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)COPD的定義、診斷、病情評(píng)估和治療方案均進(jìn)行了重大調(diào)整,對(duì)患者出院后隨訪時(shí)間和內(nèi)容、治療方案的調(diào)整等做了比較詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明,為我國(guó)COPD分級(jí)診療的開(kāi)展提供了很好的參考依據(jù),有利于社區(qū)全科醫(yī)生更好地開(kāi)展COPD的防控工作。
[Abstract]:The Global Initiative on chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD) is a global programmatic document on the prevention and control of (COPD) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. GOLD 2017 defines and diagnoses COPD on the basis of previous guidelines. Significant adjustments have been made to the evaluation of the disease and the treatment plan. The follow-up time and content of the patients after discharge and the adjustment of the treatment plan have been explained in detail, which provides a good reference for the development of COPD grading diagnosis and treatment in China. It is helpful for community general practitioners to better carry out the prevention and control of COPD.
