【摘要】：目的探討肺隱球菌病的臨床病理特征、診斷及鑒別診斷。方法收集安徽省胸科醫(yī)院37例確診為肺隱球菌病組織標本,對其臨床病理特征、HE及特殊染色等進行回顧性分析,并復習相關文獻。結果37例肺隱球菌病中男性20例,女性17例,年齡12~80歲,中位年齡45歲。常見臨床癥狀有咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛,部分重癥患者有慢性病或激素治療史,另有15例患者無癥狀。常見胸部影像學表現(xiàn)有結節(jié)影18例,團塊狀、片狀影19例,混合病變10例。4例行乳膠凝集試驗檢測均陽性,37例行六胺銀染色均陽性。結論肺隱球菌病好發(fā)于青壯年,多數(shù)患者無免疫功能受損;臨床及影像學表現(xiàn)無特異性;多數(shù)病例通過組織病理學確診,六胺銀等特殊染色有助于病理診斷;乳膠凝集試驗可作為肺隱球菌病的首選輔助診斷手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Cryptococcus pneumoniae. Methods 37 cases of pulmonary Cryptococcosis diagnosed in Anhui chest Hospital were collected and their clinicopathological features, HE and special staining were analyzed retrospectively. the related literatures were reviewed.
