N-乙酰半胱氨酸治療特發(fā)性肺纖維化療效的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)治療特發(fā)性肺纖維化(IPF)的療效,為臨床提供循證參考。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Central數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、Pub Med、EMBase、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、相關(guān)期刊論文、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),收集NAC(不限單藥或聯(lián)用)對(duì)比安慰劑/空白對(duì)照治療IPF的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(RCT)及半隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(q RCT),提取資料并采用Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)提供的偏倚風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)工具(2014年版)評(píng)價(jià)質(zhì)量后,采用Rev Man 5.3統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入10項(xiàng)研究(2項(xiàng)RCT,8項(xiàng)q RCT),合計(jì)742例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,與安慰劑/空白對(duì)照相比,使用NAC無(wú)法降低IPF患者的死亡率[OR=1.14,95%CI(0.50,2.62),P=0.76],但可以顯著提高IPF患者主癥狀緩解率[OR=3.17,95%CI(1.98,5.07),P0.001],改善患者呼吸困難評(píng)分[SMD=-2.54,95%CI(-5.02,-0.06),P=0.04]。結(jié)論:NAC治療IPF不能降低患者的死亡率,但可以緩解患者的主癥狀,改善呼吸困難。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically evaluate the efficacy of N-acetylcystine (NAC) in the treatment of (IPF) with Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and to provide evidence-based reference for clinic.
