【摘要】：良性氣道狹窄在呼吸介入領域中越來越常見,在我國,因結(jié)核感染而引起的良性氣道狹窄最為多見。近年來隨著危重癥救治技術(shù)的提高,氣管插管及氣管切開所導致的氣道狹窄逐年增加。氣道狹窄的初始癥狀一般為呼吸困難,可伴有阻塞性炎癥,若治療不及時,則呼吸困難等癥狀會漸進性加重,直至出現(xiàn)呼吸衰竭等威脅生命的情況。傳統(tǒng)的治療方式首選手術(shù)治療,但隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展和完善,氣管支架所帶來的副作用也逐漸減少,目前已成為良性氣道狹窄不可或缺的治療方法。但截至目前,支架的種類、使用及不同支架的優(yōu)缺點并沒有統(tǒng)一的規(guī)定和闡述。本綜述闡述了幾種類型的氣管支架,并就其臨床應用、優(yōu)缺點、并發(fā)癥等方面做了簡單介紹和比較,旨在通過總結(jié)和對比,對現(xiàn)有支架進行基本介紹,為今后氣管支架的選擇及應用提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Benign airway stenosis is more and more common in the field of respiratory intervention. In China, benign airway stenosis caused by tuberculosis infection is most common. In recent years, with the improvement of critical treatment technology, airway stenosis caused by tracheal intubation and tracheotomy increased year by year. The initial symptom of airway stenosis is usually dyspnea, which can be accompanied by obstructive inflammation. If the treatment is not timely, the symptoms such as dyspnea will gradually aggravate, until respiratory failure and other life-threatening conditions. However, with the development and perfection of science and technology, the side effects of tracheal stents have been reduced gradually, which has become an indispensable treatment for benign airway stenosis. But up to now, there is no uniform regulation and explanation on the types, use and advantages and disadvantages of different scaffolds. This review describes several types of tracheal stents, and makes a brief introduction and comparison of their clinical application, advantages and disadvantages, complications and so on, in order to make a basic introduction to the existing stents through summary and comparison. It is helpful for the selection and application of tracheal stent in the future.
