【摘要】：目的探討霧化吸入普伐他汀對煙熏大鼠肺部急性炎癥的影響。方法 32只6~8周齡的SD大鼠,隨機分為正常對照組、煙熏組、生理鹽水組和普伐他汀鈉組。正常對照組大鼠不予特殊處理,其它3組予以香煙煙霧暴露1周,生理鹽水組、普伐他汀鈉組分別在煙熏同時霧化吸入生理鹽水或普伐他汀鈉。1周后處死大鼠,比較各組大鼠的體重、肺泡灌洗液細胞數(shù)、血漿白介素(IL)-10、IL-17濃度及IL-10/IL-17的比值,以及肺組織中炎癥的變化。結果接受煙熏處理的大鼠體重增加均有所減少,各組之間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,煙熏組大鼠肺內有明顯的急性炎癥改變,肺泡灌洗液中炎癥細胞數(shù)量及血漿中IL-10濃度明顯增高,與正常對照組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。霧化吸入普伐他汀鈉組大鼠肺內炎癥病理變化明顯減輕,IL-10濃度增高較弱,IL-10/IL-17比值接近1。結論霧化吸入普伐他汀鈉對煙熏導致的大鼠急性肺部炎癥有一定的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the effect of inhalation of pravastatin on the acute inflammation of the lung in the smoking rats. Methods 32 SD rats from 6 to 8 weeks of age were randomly divided into the normal control group, the smoking group, the saline group and the pravastatin sodium group. In the normal control group, the rats were not treated with special treatment, and the other three groups were exposed to the cigarette smoke for 1 week, the normal saline group and the pravastatin sodium group were respectively and atomized into normal saline or pravastatin sodium at the same time. The rats were sacrificed after 1 week, and the weight of each group of rats and the number of the alveolar lavage fluid cells were compared. The ratio of IL-10, IL-17 and IL-10/ IL-17 and the change of inflammation in lung tissue. Results The weight gain of the rats treated with the smoke was decreased, and there was no significant difference between the groups. There were significant changes of acute inflammation in the lung of the smoked group, the number of inflammatory cells in the alveolar lavage fluid and the concentration of IL-10 in the plasma increased significantly, compared with the normal control group, The difference was significant (P0.05). The level of IL-10 and IL-10/ IL-17 was close to 1. Conclusion The inhalation of pravastatin sodium has a certain inhibitory effect on the acute lung inflammation in rats.
