【摘要】：正慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)主要病理變化為慢性氣道炎癥并伴有全身反應(yīng)。肺部病變以不完全可逆的氣流受限為主要特點(diǎn),與肺部對有害顆粒和氣體的異常炎癥反應(yīng)有關(guān)。全身反應(yīng)包括心血管并發(fā)癥、營養(yǎng)異常、體重減輕、肌肉功能障礙、骨質(zhì)疏松、抑郁等~([1—2])。由于COPD患者心肺耐力下降、骨骼肌肉功能減退等原因,較正常人更易發(fā)生跌倒~([3])。姿勢控制能力評定
[Abstract]:The main pathological changes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD) were chronic airway inflammation with systemic reaction. Pulmonary lesions are characterized by incomplete reversible airflow restriction, which is related to abnormal inflammatory response to harmful particles and gases in the lungs. Systemic reactions include cardiovascular complications, nutritional abnormalities, weight loss, muscle dysfunction, osteoporosis, depression, and so on. Because of the decrease of cardio-pulmonary endurance and the decrease of skeletal muscle function in patients with COPD, it is more likely to fall ~ (3) than that in normal people.
