【摘要】：正患者,女,48歲,1月前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)咳嗽、咳少量白色泡沫痰,起初僅出現(xiàn)活動后氣促,后逐漸出現(xiàn)胸悶,但無胸痛、無發(fā)熱、盜汗、咯血等。于2013年1月18日在莆田市第一醫(yī)院行胸片檢查示:雙肺呈彌漫性病變,考慮肺癌,于1月19日入院待查,既往史、個人史無特殊。入院查體:體溫36.5℃,神志清楚,口唇無發(fā)紺;左側(cè)鎖骨上可觸及3個蠶豆大淋巴結(jié),邊界不清,無觸痛,余各淺表淋巴結(jié)未觸及,雙肺叩診呈清音,雙肺呼吸音稍粗,未聞及明顯干濕性Up音。血常
