【摘要】：正塵肺是在職業(yè)活動中長期吸入生產性粉塵并儲留在肺內而引起以肺纖維化為特征的疾病~([1])。塵肺早期主要表現(xiàn)為巨噬細胞肺泡炎,晚期則呈現(xiàn)進行性肺組織彌漫性纖維化,導致肺結構破壞,功能下降。本研究對宜昌三峽地區(qū)礦區(qū)塵肺患者的肺功能進行檢測,旨在了解肺功能改變狀況。1資料與方法1.1一般資料2013年1月至2016年6月隨機選取宜昌夷陵區(qū)有關礦區(qū)塵肺患者250例為觀察組,同時
[Abstract]:Positive pneumoconiosis (Pneumoconiosis) is a disease characterized by pulmonary fibrosis caused by inhalation of productive dust and retention in the lung during occupational activities. The main manifestations of pneumoconiosis were macrophage alveolitis in early stage and diffuse fibrosis in lung tissue in late stage which resulted in the destruction of lung structure and the decline of function. In this study, the pulmonary function of pneumoconiosis patients in the three Gorges mining area of Yichang was measured. Data and methods 1.1 General data from January 2013 to June 2016 were randomly selected from 250 patients with pneumoconiosis in Yiling area of Yichang as observation group.
