【摘要】：支氣管哮喘是常見的呼吸道疾病,其本質(zhì)是氣道的慢性炎癥。經(jīng)規(guī)范化治療哮喘癥狀仍達(dá)不到良好控制的難治性哮喘約占哮喘患者的5%,其病因復(fù)雜,發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未完全闡明。了解難治性哮喘的定義、臨床特點(diǎn)、診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),尋找誘發(fā)或加重難治性哮喘的因素,對該病進(jìn)行正確的診斷及臨床評估,從而制定有效的治療方案,控制病情發(fā)展,對于提高該病的治愈率,降低發(fā)病率和病死率,降低疾病負(fù)擔(dān)有著重要意義。
[Abstract]:Bronchial asthma is a common respiratory disease, its essence is chronic inflammation of the airway. After standardized treatment of asthma symptoms are still not well controlled refractory asthma accounts for about 5% of the asthma patients its etiology is complex the pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. To understand the definition, clinical characteristics, diagnostic criteria of refractory asthma, to find out the factors that induce or aggravate refractory asthma, to make correct diagnosis and clinical evaluation of the disease, and to formulate an effective treatment plan to control the development of the disease. It is of great significance to improve the cure rate, reduce the morbidity and mortality, and reduce the burden of disease.
