苦味受體激動劑苦精對哮喘氣道炎癥及重塑的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察苦精對哮喘小鼠α-平滑肌肌動蛋白(α-SMA)、氣道上皮下膠原纖維及氣道炎癥的影響。方法 45只BALB/c小鼠分為3組,每組15只。A組:正常對照;B組:哮喘模型組;C組:哮喘加苦精干預(yù)1周。采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法觀察小鼠肺組織α-SMA的沉積,用馬松(Masson)染色方法觀察小鼠氣道膠原纖維的沉積,蘇木素-伊紅(HE)染色觀察小鼠氣道炎性程度,并對其進行計算機圖像半定量分析。結(jié)果 C組小鼠肺內(nèi)細支氣管壁α-SMA、膠原纖維沉積、氣道炎癥程度較B組明顯減少,圖像半定量分析結(jié)果與B組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論苦精可以改善哮喘小鼠氣道炎癥及氣道重塑。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of Amycin on 偽-smooth muscle actin (偽-SMA),) subcutaneous collagen fibers and airway inflammation in asthmatic mice. Methods 45 BALB/c mice were divided into 3 groups: group A: normal control group, group B: asthma model group, group C: asthma plus bitter essence intervention for 1 week. The deposition of 偽-SMA in the lung tissue of mice was observed by immunohistochemical method. The deposition of collagen fibers in the airway of mice was observed by Ma Song (Masson) staining. The degree of airway inflammation in mice was observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. And carry on the computer image semi-quantitative analysis to it. Results the deposition of 偽-SMA, collagen fibers in bronchioles in group C and the degree of airway inflammation in group C were significantly lower than those in group B, and there were significant differences between group B and group B in image semi-quantitative analysis (P0.05). Conclusion Asthma can improve airway inflammation and airway remodeling in asthmatic mice.
