【摘要】：探討參芪扶正注射液治療矽肺合并肺原性心臟病、心力衰竭的療效。將120例矽肺合并肺原性心臟病、心力衰竭患者按心功能級別分為治療組和對照組,對照組采用常規(guī)治療,治療組在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用參芪扶正注射液,療程均為15d。結(jié)果顯示,治療組與對照組比較,能明顯改善病人的臨床癥狀及心功能,總有效率分別為83.3%和58.3%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。提示,參芪扶正注射液治療矽肺合并肺原性心臟病、心力衰竭安全有效。
[Abstract]:To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on silicosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure. 120 patients with silicosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease were divided into treatment group and control group according to heart function grade. The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of routine treatment. The course of treatment was 15 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the treatment group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function, the total effective rate was 83.3% and 58.3% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). It suggests that Shenqi Fuzheng injection is safe and effective in the treatment of silicosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease.
