【摘要】：正急性呼吸窘迫綜合征(ARDS)是常見的臨床危重癥,是多器官功能障礙最常出現(xiàn)的器官損傷。目前認為ARDS是失控的全身炎癥反應(yīng)導(dǎo)致的非心源性肺水腫,感染、創(chuàng)傷和胰腺炎等多種原因可引起ARDS。其中,感染仍是ARDS最常見的原因。臨床上ARDS的病死率很高,而有效的治療方法仍舊缺乏。因此,需要深入研究ARDS發(fā)生發(fā)展的病理生理改變,闡明ARDS重要促炎因子表達調(diào)控機
[Abstract]:Positive acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common clinical critical disease, and it is the most common organ injury with multiple organ dysfunction. It is believed that ARDS is a non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema caused by uncontrolled systemic inflammatory reaction, infection, trauma and pancreatitis can lead to ARDS.. Infection is still the most common cause of ARDS. Clinical mortality of ARDS is high, but effective treatment is still lacking. Therefore, it is necessary to study the pathophysiological changes of ARDS and clarify the important pro-inflammatory factor expression and regulation mechanism of ARDS.
