食欲素A與慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸中樞驅(qū)動的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的探討食欲素A水平與慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸中樞驅(qū)動之間的關(guān)系。方法收集30例穩(wěn)定期COPD患者為COPD組,以20例健康體檢者為健康對照組。記錄所有受試者體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)、年齡、COPD組患者吸煙史。測定血漿食欲素A水平,并于采血當天上午測定肺功能,包括第1秒用力呼氣容積(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和FEV1/FVC、最大呼氣壓(MEP)、最大吸氣壓(MIP)、口腔閉合壓(P0.1)。結(jié)果 COPD組患者血漿食欲素A水平(1.87±0.43)ng/L高于健康對照組(1.49±0.19)ng/L(t=3.665,P0.01)。COPD組患者血漿食欲素A與FEV1呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.389,P0.05),與P0.1呈正相關(guān)(r=0.728,P0.01),與年齡、BMI、MEP、MIP均無相關(guān)性(均P0.05)。結(jié)論 COPD患者血漿食欲素A水平升高,其原因可能與吸煙和高碳酸血癥有關(guān),且食欲素A可能參與COPD呼吸中樞驅(qū)動的調(diào)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between orexin A level and respiratory central drive in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 30 stable COPD patients were collected as COPD group and 20 healthy persons as healthy control group. All subjects' body mass index (BMI),) age and smoking history in COPD group were recorded. The plasma levels of orexin A were measured, and pulmonary function was measured in the morning of blood collection, including forced expiratory volume (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC) and FEV1/FVC, maximal respiratory pressure (MEP),) and maximal inspiratory pressure (MIP),) (P0.1). Results the plasma level of orexin A in COPD group was (1.87 鹵0.43) ng/L higher than that in healthy control group (1.49 鹵0.19) ng/L (t = 3.665U, P 0.01). There was a negative correlation between plasma orexin A and FEV1 (P 0.05), a positive correlation with P _ (0.1) (r _ (0.728) P _ (0.01), and no correlation with age and BMI,MEP,MIP (P0.05). Conclusion the plasma level of orexin A in patients with COPD may be related to smoking and hypercapnia, and orexin A may be involved in the regulation of respiratory central drive in COPD.
