【摘要】：目的通過病例回顧性分析多索茶堿聯(lián)合復方異丙托溴銨溶液(可必特)在支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作期治療中臨床療效與安全性,為今后的用藥方案提供思路。方法選取我院呼吸科于2015年1月~2016年1月收治的60例支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作患者的病例資料進行研究,隨機將其平均分為對照組與觀察組,每組各30例,對照組給予氨茶堿、地塞米松常規(guī)治療;觀察組在采用多索茶堿聯(lián)合可必特治療,并于治療后對兩組的療效與不良反應進行對比分析。結(jié)果 (1)治療后,觀察組顯效13例、有效15例、無效2例,總有效率為93.33%;對照組顯效6例、有效17例、無效7例,總有效率為76.67%,觀察組治療總有效率明顯高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義,P0.05。(2)治療期間,觀察組共發(fā)生嗜睡1例、心率減緩1例、腹瀉1例,不良反應發(fā)生率為10%;對照組出現(xiàn)心率減緩2例、嗜睡1例、惡心嘔吐1例、腹瀉1例,不良反應發(fā)生率為13.33%,兩組之間比較,差異不具有統(tǒng)計學意義,P0.05。結(jié)論在支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作期給予多索茶堿聯(lián)合可必特治療,可以有效緩解患者臨床癥狀,提高肺功能,而且不良反應發(fā)生率低。
[Abstract]:Objective to retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of doxophylline combined with compound ipratropium bromide solution in the treatment of bronchial asthma during acute attack. Methods the data of 60 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were studied and randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30). The control group was treated with aminophylline. The observation group was treated with doxophylline combined with codeine, and the curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed after the treatment. Results (1) after treatment, there were 13 cases of remarkable effect, 15 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffectiveness in the observation group, and the total effective rate was 93.3310 in the control group, 6 cases in the control group, 17 cases in the control group, 7 cases in ineffectiveness, the total effective rate was 76.677.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). (2) during the treatment period, there were 1 case of somnolence, 1 case of slow heart rate, 1 case of diarrhea and 1 case of adverse reaction in the observation group, while in the control group, there were 2 cases of heart rate slowing, 1 case of lethargy, 1 case of nausea and vomiting, and 1 case of diarrhea. The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Doxotheophylline combined with kebinol in acute stage of bronchial asthma can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve lung function, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
