【摘要】：目的探討塵肺結(jié)核的診斷問(wèn)題。方法回顧分析42例初治塵肺結(jié)核與43例初治肺結(jié)核的痰菌涂片、結(jié)核菌素(PPD)、結(jié)核抗體陽(yáng)性率,比較其差異。結(jié)果塵肺結(jié)核和肺結(jié)核比較痰菌陽(yáng)涂片陽(yáng)性率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),PPD、結(jié)核抗體陽(yáng)性率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);塵肺結(jié)核中煤工塵肺結(jié)核與石工矽肺結(jié)核以上3項(xiàng)指標(biāo)及影像學(xué)改變差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);塵肺結(jié)核和肺結(jié)核比較,痰涂菌片、PPD、結(jié)核抗體3項(xiàng)及PPD、結(jié)核抗體兩項(xiàng)陽(yáng)性符合率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在塵肺結(jié)核的診斷上,胸部影像學(xué)檢查和痰菌涂片檢查是最重要的診斷依據(jù),同時(shí)PPD、結(jié)核抗體檢查也是主要輔助診斷依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis of dusty pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods the sputum smears of 42 cases of newly treated pulmonary tuberculosis and 43 cases of primary pulmonary tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. The positive rate of tuberculin (PPD), tuberculosis antibody was compared and compared. Results there was no significant difference in the positive rate of sputum positive smear between pulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis (P0.05), but the positive rate of tuberculosis antibody was significantly different (P0.05). There was no significant difference in standard and imaging changes (P0.05). The positive coincidence rates of sputum smear, tuberculosis antibody and PPD, tuberculosis antibody were significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion chest imaging and sputum smear are the most important diagnostic basis in the diagnosis of dusty pulmonary tuberculosis, and PPD, tuberculosis antibody examination is also the main auxiliary diagnostic basis.
