【摘要】：目的探討塵肺結核的診斷問題。方法回顧分析42例初治塵肺結核與43例初治肺結核的痰菌涂片、結核菌素(PPD)、結核抗體陽性率,比較其差異。結果塵肺結核和肺結核比較痰菌陽涂片陽性率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),PPD、結核抗體陽性率比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);塵肺結核中煤工塵肺結核與石工矽肺結核以上3項指標及影像學改變差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);塵肺結核和肺結核比較,痰涂菌片、PPD、結核抗體3項及PPD、結核抗體兩項陽性符合率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論在塵肺結核的診斷上,胸部影像學檢查和痰菌涂片檢查是最重要的診斷依據(jù),同時PPD、結核抗體檢查也是主要輔助診斷依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis of dusty pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods the sputum smears of 42 cases of newly treated pulmonary tuberculosis and 43 cases of primary pulmonary tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. The positive rate of tuberculin (PPD), tuberculosis antibody was compared and compared. Results there was no significant difference in the positive rate of sputum positive smear between pulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis (P0.05), but the positive rate of tuberculosis antibody was significantly different (P0.05). There was no significant difference in standard and imaging changes (P0.05). The positive coincidence rates of sputum smear, tuberculosis antibody and PPD, tuberculosis antibody were significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion chest imaging and sputum smear are the most important diagnostic basis in the diagnosis of dusty pulmonary tuberculosis, and PPD, tuberculosis antibody examination is also the main auxiliary diagnostic basis.
