【摘要】：正不管是平靜狀態(tài)下呼吸還是用力深呼吸,吸氣都是主動用力的過程,因此在呼吸過程中保證吸氣功能的良好是十分必要的,為此我們強調(diào)進行吸氣肌本身的訓練。吸氣肌訓練是鍛煉以膈肌為主的具有吸氣功能的肌肉,以增強其肌力和耐力,改善心肺功能,促進運動能力的恢復。此種訓練方式在肺康復臨床中的應用已有超過30年的歷史,國際康復領(lǐng)域中關(guān)于吸氣肌訓練的研究重點仍然集中在心肺疾病上,而國內(nèi)此類研究雖然開展較早,但對吸氣肌訓練的認識尚不充
[Abstract]:Whether breathing in a quiet state or breathing hard or deep, inspiration is a process of active exertion, so it is necessary to ensure good inspiratory function in the process of breathing, so we emphasize the training of inspiratory muscle itself. Endurance, improvement of cardiopulmonary function and recovery of motor ability have been used in clinical pulmonary rehabilitation for more than 30 years. Research on inspiratory muscle training in the international rehabilitation field is still focused on cardiopulmonary diseases. Although this kind of research has been carried out earlier in China, the understanding of inspiratory muscle training is still insufficient.
