廣西某金屬集團公司2002-2011年塵肺發(fā)病情況分析

【摘要】:目的探討某集團公司近10年來塵肺發(fā)病情況,分析其發(fā)病特點及流行特征,為企業(yè)職業(yè)病防治提供參考依據(jù)。方法對2002-2011年底健康監(jiān)護資料中新診斷為塵肺壹期47人,分析其發(fā)病率、發(fā)病年齡、工種、接塵工齡、粉塵濃度關(guān)系進行比較分析。結(jié)果該公司2002-2011年礦山開采工作面粉塵濃度由2.89 mg/m3下降至1.80 mg/m3,冶煉反射爐粉塵濃度由7.95 mg/m3下降至3.50 mg/m3。塵肺發(fā)病率從4.35‰下降至1.08‰,其中矽肺的發(fā)病率由7.96‰降至1.40‰,冶煉工塵肺發(fā)病率在0.29‰~2.08‰。塵肺總患病率為8.47‰,其中矽肺、冶煉工塵肺患病率分別為14.02‰、4.99‰(P0.01)。矽肺、冶煉工塵肺發(fā)病年齡分別為(49.20±5.80)歲、(45.50±5.90)歲(P0.05);接塵工齡分別為(18.70±5.60)年、(14.80±4.70)年(P0.05)。鑿巖工、其他輔助工矽肺發(fā)病年齡分別為(45.60±5.50)歲、(49.60±6.70)歲(P0.05);接塵工齡分別為(15.65±3.50)年、(18.25±6.20)年(P0.05)。不同年限矽肺發(fā)病年齡、接塵工齡差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;不同年限冶煉工塵肺發(fā)病年齡、接塵工齡差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論該集團公司生產(chǎn)性粉塵濃度逐年下降,矽肺發(fā)病率下降明顯。矽肺發(fā)病率比冶煉工塵肺發(fā)病率高,但冶煉工塵肺發(fā)病年齡比矽肺發(fā)病年齡小,冶煉工塵肺接塵工齡比矽肺短,這是否與冶煉工接觸的粉塵類型等因素有關(guān),需進一步研究證實。
