網(wǎng)膜素-1與2型糖尿病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討血清網(wǎng)膜素-1水平與2型糖尿病并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的關(guān)系。方法選取2型糖尿病合并COPD組,單純2型糖尿病組和正常對照組共143例患者,測定血清網(wǎng)膜素-1水平,并觀察血清網(wǎng)膜素-1與腰臀比、體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)、血糖、血漿胰島素、血脂的關(guān)系,穩(wěn)態(tài)模式評估胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)。結(jié)果 2型糖尿病合并COPD患者和單純2型糖尿病患者網(wǎng)膜素-1水平均明顯低于對照組(P0.01),血清網(wǎng)膜素-1與HDL-C呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。網(wǎng)膜素-1與BMI、腰臀比、DBP、FPG、TG、HOMAIR、HbA1C呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05或P0.01);多元線性逐步回歸分析表明,BMI、DBP、HOMA-IR是影響網(wǎng)膜素-1的因素(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論網(wǎng)膜素-1可能涉及了胰島素抵抗和2型糖尿病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的發(fā)病機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum omentin-1 level and type 2 diabetes mellitus with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 143 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with COPD, simple type 2 diabetes mellitus and normal control group were selected to measure the level of omentin-1 in serum, the ratio of omentin-1 to waist to hip, body mass index (BMI),) blood glucose and plasma insulin. The relationship between blood lipids and homeostasis model for evaluating insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR). Results the levels of omentin-1 in type 2 diabetes mellitus with COPD and simple type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly lower than those in control group (P0.01). The serum omentin-1 level was positively correlated with HDL-C (P0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between omentin-1 and BMI, WHR (P0.05 or P0.01), and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that HOMA-IR was a factor affecting omentin-1 (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion Retinin-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
