人類白細(xì)胞抗原DQA1基因多態(tài)性與塵肺病發(fā)病相關(guān)性分析
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between (HLA) -DQA1 locus polymorphism of human leukocyte antigen and pneumoconiosis. Methods 130 patients with pneumoconiosis were selected as pneumoconiosis group by using the 1:1 matched case-control study, and 130 patients with pneumoconiosis were selected as the same age and cumulative exposure age, same sex and same nationality. Healthy workers exposed to dust in the same workplace served as the control group. Multiplex polymerase chain reaction-ligase assay was used to detect the alleles of 6 HLA-DQA1 loci in two groups of subjects, and the correlation between the alleles and pneumoconiosis was analyzed. Results the frequencies of HLA-DQA1*0201 and HLA-DQA1*0601 genes in pneumoconiosis group were higher than those in control group (14.62%vs 8.85: 12.69 vs 7.31%), while the frequency of HLA-DQA1*0101 gene was lower than that in control group (34.23%vs 43.08%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the allele frequencies of HLA-DQA1-0101 HLA-DQA1-0201 and HLA-DQA1*0601 were associated with pneumoconiosis (P0.05). The confidence intervals of 0.688), (1.764 and 1.844V 95% were (0.482n) 0.981), (1.018 / 3.055 and (1.019 / 3.336), respectively. Conclusion HLA-DQA1*0201 and HLA-DQA1*0601 genes may be the susceptible genes of pneumoconiosis, and HLA-DQA1O101 gene may be a protective gene for pneumoconiosis.
