【摘要】：目的提高對(duì)延遲撤機(jī)的認(rèn)識(shí)。方法回顧性分析1例5個(gè)月有創(chuàng)機(jī)械通氣患者成功撤機(jī)的病例,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)。結(jié)果 1例5個(gè)月有創(chuàng)機(jī)械通氣患者,診斷為呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺炎、Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭、格林巴利綜合征、低蛋白血癥、貧血、電解質(zhì)紊亂。經(jīng)過(guò)控制感染、營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持、心理疏導(dǎo)、逐步撤離呼吸機(jī),最終成功。結(jié)論延遲撤機(jī)相對(duì)困難,需要較長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間,專業(yè)的治療團(tuán)隊(duì)和專門的治療場(chǎng)所。相關(guān)報(bào)道較少。
