【摘要】：目的提高對延遲撤機的認識。方法回顧性分析1例5個月有創(chuàng)機械通氣患者成功撤機的病例,并進行相關文獻復習。結果 1例5個月有創(chuàng)機械通氣患者,診斷為呼吸機相關性肺炎、Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭、格林巴利綜合征、低蛋白血癥、貧血、電解質(zhì)紊亂。經(jīng)過控制感染、營養(yǎng)支持、心理疏導、逐步撤離呼吸機,最終成功。結論延遲撤機相對困難,需要較長的時間,專業(yè)的治療團隊和專門的治療場所。相關報道較少。
