腦卒中患者醫(yī)院獲得性肺炎與臨床營養(yǎng)學(xué)指標(biāo)相關(guān)性分析
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between (HAP) and clinical nutritional indexes in stroke patients, so as to improve the quality of life (QOL) of stroke patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with HAP diagnosed as stroke in hospital were selected. All the patients were examined for the nutritional indexes of elbow venous blood drawn on an empty stomach in the morning, hemoglobin by colorimetry, serum albumin and transferrin by rate scattering turbidimetry. Prealbumin and retinol binding protein. Results there were significant differences in hemoglobin content between HAP group and non-HAP group (P 0.05). The serum of clinical nutritional indexes in HAP group and non-HAP group was significantly different from that in stroke group (P 0.05), and the incidence rate was 43.8% (P < 0.05), and there was a significant difference in hemoglobin content between HAP group and non-HAP group (P 0.05). There was significant difference in albumin content between HAP group and non-HAP group (t = 6.643, P0.01), and there was significant difference in clinical nutrition index between HAP group and non-HAP group (P 0.05), and between HAP group and non-HAP group in stroke group, there was a significant difference in clinical nutrition index between HAP group and non-HAP group (P < 0.05), and there was a significant difference in serum albumin content between HAP group and non-HAP group (P < 0.05). The difference of gastrin content was statistically significant (t = 6.835 P 0.05). Conclusion there is a correlation between nutritional parameters and stroke complicated with HAP. In order to avoid the deterioration of nutritional status, the nutritional status of stroke patients should be measured and evaluated. In order to improve the quality of life of stroke patients with HAP, targeted interventions were made.
